BucksNotary.com is operated by Bucks County LLC, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We coordinate mobile notarial services and prepared-document signing appointments. Booking requests collect only the contact details you provide — name, phone, email, and signing details — used to respond to inquiries, coordinate community hosting or professional assignments, and schedule and perform services. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies & analytics
What we collect automatically.
The site includes Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless usage measurement. On service guides, we measure clicks on call and booking links with the service-page category. These custom events do not include document contents, contact-form entries or personal details, and do not tell us whether a call connected or a booking was completed. Essential cookies may be used for site security and reliability. Server logs may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not build advertising profiles or sell behavioral data.
Notarial records
What Pennsylvania law requires.
Notarial acts are recorded in a notary journal as required by Pennsylvania law. Journal entries are retained and disclosed only as state law requires. For ordinary notarizations, Bucks Notary does not retain customer-document copies except when required by law or specifically authorized. For loan-signing and specialty assignments, documents may be printed, scanned, transmitted, transported, or temporarily handled as necessary to complete the assignment and return documents to the authorized customer, title company, lender, signing service, attorney, or other contracting party.
Third-party services
Booking and network links.
Online booking is handled by Square Appointments and subject to Square's privacy policy. Contact and host inquiries are sent through FormSubmit to our email address; its privacy practices also apply. Network properties and featured local businesses linked from this site are independently operated and maintain their own policies.
Payment & card fees
How advertised prices and card payments work.
Advertised service prices reflect the service amount before any permitted credit-card surcharge. Eligible credit-card payments may include a 3% surcharge to offset card-processing costs. Debit cards, cash, checks, and other non-surchargeable payment methods are not subject to the credit-card surcharge. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before payment. The $25 online booking deposit is collected through Square Appointments and is applied toward the final service balance; it is not an extra service fee.
