BucksNotary.com is operated by Bucks County LLC, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Graham Sullivan is a PA-commissioned notary public and NNA-certified loan signing agent. Booking requests collect only the contact details you provide — name, phone, email, and signing details — used solely to schedule and perform your notarization. We do not sell personal data.

We use only essential cookies required for site security and reliability. Server logs may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not build advertising profiles or sell behavioral data.
Notarial records
What Pennsylvania law requires.
Notarial acts are recorded in a notary journal as required by Pennsylvania law. Journal entries are retained and disclosed only as state law requires. Documents you bring to a signing are never copied or retained beyond the notarial act itself.
Third-party services
Booking and network links.
Online booking is handled by Square Appointments and subject to Square's privacy policy. Network properties and featured local businesses linked from this site are independently operated and maintain their own policies.
Payment & card fees
How advertised prices and card payments work.
Advertised service prices reflect the service amount before any permitted credit-card surcharge. Eligible credit-card payments may include a 3% surcharge to offset card-processing costs. Debit cards, cash, checks, and other non-surchargeable payment methods are not subject to the credit-card surcharge. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before payment. The $25 online booking deposit is collected through Square Appointments and is applied toward the final service balance; it is not an extra service fee.
