Upcoming Community Nights

No gimmick. No sales pitch.

Yes. Really free.

During a designated Bucks Notary Community Night, we waive our normal notarial fees and mobile travel/service charge for qualifying notarizations performed at the event location during published hours. There is no mandatory Bucks Notary charge for that qualifying service.

The program focuses on ordinary in-person notarizations. Printing, copying, witness arrangements, loan-signing packages, estate document signing appointments, and specialty document handling are not automatically included. Ask ahead about any separate service; any charge would be explained before you agree.

Outside Community Nights, normal Bucks Notary pricing applies.

A little preparation helps

What to bring

Your document

Bring the document and any instructions from its issuer. Wait to sign when the requested act requires signing in the notary’s presence. Requirements vary by act; call if you are unsure.

Acceptable current identification

Bring current identification. Call ahead if you have questions about whether your identification can be accepted under Pennsylvania requirements.

Every required signer

Each person whose signature requires notarization generally must personally appear for that act. Make sure everyone can attend together.

Any required witnesses

Arrange document witnesses in advance unless the specific event says otherwise. Bucks Notary and the host do not automatically supply witnesses.

The requested notarial act

Ask your document issuer or attorney which act is needed before you arrive. We can explain the notarial process, but cannot choose a legal strategy, draft legal records, or give legal advice.

Everyday documents. Proper notarial care.

Common requests include acknowledgments, sworn statements and affidavits, permission and school-related forms, travel consent documents, certain power-of-attorney and estate-related signatures, and copy certifications where permitted.

Document eligibility depends on the document, requested notarial act, signer, identification, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements.

Before you come

Free service follows the same Pennsylvania requirements as any appointment. We may be unable to proceed without satisfactory identification, required signers or witnesses, or when a signer is unwilling or appears unable to understand and willingly execute the document. We cannot provide legal advice or complete an act outside a Pennsylvania notary’s authority.
