$25 per witness provided (if available)
$5 per notarized signature (Pennsylvania statutory fee)
$1 per page for document printing (when printing is required)

Valid government-issued ID required.

Mobile travel fees apply for on-site appointments.

0–5 miles — $35
5–10 miles — $70
11–20 miles — $100
21–40 miles — $130
41–60 miles — $160
Travel beyond 60 miles is available by custom quote.

Travel fees are based on round-trip mileage.

Loan Signing Services

Loan signing — $150
With scanbacks — $175
Rush appointment (under 4 hours) — + $50

Loan signing fees include document printing, travel, and notarizations.

Booking Deposit

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure mobile appointment.The deposit is applied toward your total fee at the time of service.
