Pricing & Appointment Fees

General Notary Services

Standard Pennsylvania notarial acts are charged per signature notarized, as permitted by state law. Additional service fees may apply for travel, wait time, printing, or special circumstances.

• • Standard Notarial Act — $10 per signature
• • Witness Provided (if available) — $20 per witness
• • Document Printing — $1 per page

Valid government-issued ID is required. ID must match the name on the document.

Mobile Notary Travel Fees

Travel fees are based on round-trip mileage from Newtown, PA, and are separate from notarial fees. Travel charges must be agreed to in advance, in compliance with Pennsylvania law.

• • 0–5 miles — $35
• • 5–10 miles — $70
• • 11–20 miles — $100
• • 21–40 miles — $130
• • 41–60 miles — $160

Loan Signing Services

Booking Deposit

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure mobile notary appointments more than 5 miles from Newtown, PA.

The deposit is applied toward your total fee at the time of service.
