Notarial acts follow the Pennsylvania fee schedule; some acts cost less than $5. Specialty appointment prices are separate service charges.
Round-trip mileage
Travel fees are based on total round-trip mileage from our Newtown-area service base. Over 40 miles requires a confirmed custom quote.
For real-estate closing packages coordinated with lenders or title companies: $150 for the signing service, or $175 with scanbacks. Travel and statutory notarial fees are itemized separately.
Rush scheduling with less than four hours’ notice adds $50 when available. After-hours, weekend, and hospital appointments are accommodated based on availability; any additional service charge is confirmed in advance.

We support individuals, families, attorneys, and law firms with prepared wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and living wills. Clients provide completed documents, whether prepared by an attorney, an online service, or themselves.
Our role is identity verification, requested notarial acts, journal entries, and coordinated signing logistics. We do not draft estate documents or provide legal advice. Confirm witness requirements with your document preparer and arrange any required witnesses before the appointment.

How pricing works
These items form your subtotal. Any confirmed community discount reduces eligible mobile service fees only. Your $25 deposit is then credited toward the total, leaving the balance due at service.
Advertised service prices reflect the service amount before any permitted credit-card surcharge. Eligible credit-card payments may include a 3% surcharge to offset card-processing costs. Debit cards, cash, checks, and other non-surchargeable payment methods are not subject to the credit-card surcharge. Any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before payment. Credit card payments may include a 3% card-processing surcharge where permitted. No surcharge applies to debit cards, cash, checks, or other non-surchargeable payment methods. The $25 online booking deposit is collected through Square Appointments and is credited toward your final service balance.

One $5 acknowledgment for one individual, with 0–5 round-trip miles: $5 notarial fee + $35 travel = $40 total. After a $25 deposit, $15 remains.
At 6–10 round-trip miles: $150 signing service + $70 travel = $220 plus itemized notarial acts. With scanbacks, the service becomes $175, making it $245 plus acts.
For a hypothetical confirmed $225 specialty quote and 0–5 round-trip miles: $260 plus itemized notarial acts. The client arranges required witnesses; witness provision is not included in this illustration.
One $5 acknowledgment, 6–10 round-trip miles, and less than four hours’ notice: $5 + $70 travel + $50 rush = $125. Availability, facility access, and any after-hours charge are confirmed first.
